Pain led him to a pen. Its overwhelming weight led him to a pad. This is the story of many creatives and Marcus is no different. He has been writing poetry for nearly two decades and has covered numerous subject matters ranging from love and pain, to abortion, autism, self doubt, and many more.

Having worked with other writers, artists on album projects, and now running his own platform for artists (Pieces of Us), he feels most at home when involved in the creative space.
