Community Rates

For independent artists, small creative gatherings, experimental/community programming, or events primarily covering production/material costs.

  • Coworking / Studio Access - ₦8,000/day

  • Community Filming / Content Creation - ₦5,000/hour (2-hour minimum)

  • Community Event Booking: Small Room - ₦25,000/hour

  • Community Event Booking: Main Gallery - ₦40,000/hour

Commercial Rates

For monetized productions, branded events, ticketed commercial programming, campaigns, or client-based work.

  • Commercial Filming / Content Creation - ₦10,000/hour (2-hour minimum)

  • Full Space Booking - ₦80,000/hour

  • Commercial Event Booking: Lounge Space - ₦40,000/hour

  • Commercial Event Booking: Main Gallery - Starting at ₦55,000/hour

Notes

  • Rates may vary depending on project scale, duration, and setup requirements.

  • Community rates are available for independent and community-centered creative projects.

  • All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the date.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a future booking if cancellation notice is provided in advance.

  • Access to generator power, kitchenette, and seating is included where applicable.
